Core Values and Strategic Planning

Facilitation and Retreats

Time-keeping, scribing, confirming inferences and retaining group focus are tasks generally shared among participants at well-run meetings. Sometimes, though, too much is at stake for  people to take on multiple roles. That’s when a facilitator or facilitative team can ensure that insight, commonality of purpose and productivity will have their best chance to emerge. Working solo or with trusted facilitator colleagues, Serendipity’s Karen Mathieson can be of service in such cases. 

At other times, leaders or work teams need to get away from it all to focus on broad issues such as group formation, project design or operational structure. Karen will consult closely with client needs and style to design and guide retreat experiences that will lead to lasting results in the life of a business or organization.
